Niksazan Construction Company
Niksazan was founded in 2021 with the support of my brother, driven by a clear and distinctive vision: to create cost-efficient buildings using the most advanced materials and cutting-edge technologies—offering buyers comfort, peace of mind, and energy efficiency in the midst of today’s busy, stressful world.
From the very beginning, our mission went far beyond simply constructing buildings; we set out to create a better way of living. This vision has led to the successful completion of more than 10 construction projects since 2021—each delivered with uncompromising quality and complete client satisfaction, while staying true to our founding principles.
Today, I am proud to once again lead Niksazan, armed with a long-term strategy to enter the mass construction sector in Iran and to execute major infrastructure projects across the region—working hand in hand with leading construction companies in each country.
Our vision is bold and ambitious: to become the largest construction company in Iran in terms of simultaneous building area, while also being recognized as the leading partner for large-scale infrastructure projects in the region.

Rosha Trading Company
Rosha Trading was founded in 2021 with a clear mission: to serve the needs of our country by importing essential products. But in less than nine months, we achieved something greater—we successfully entered the global market by exporting mineral products to leading Chinese companies.
This milestone was just the beginning. Today, our vision has expanded far beyond borders. We are determined to export a wider range of products to regional markets, China, Africa, and Europe, showcasing the culture and quality of our products to the world.
Rosha Trading is not just another export company. We are a pioneer in modern trade, leveraging technology and building deep connections with our clients through online platforms and social networks. This unique approach sets us apart and gives us a powerful edge over competitors in Iran.
